I spent some time the other day writing a zsh completion function for
dladm:

There are definitely some things missing, but if anyone would like to take
it for a spin and let me know if there are any glaring holes or bugs that
aren't already noted in the comments, I'd appreciate it.
I was working mostly off the manpage in build 106, and noted that there
were quite a few differences between the manpage and the usage output --
the *-vnic, *-etherstub, and show-usage commands weren't documented, so I
left them out. I think there were one or two other things where the
implementation differed, but I can't recall them offhand.
The simplest way to use it is to put it in a directory referenced in your
$fpath (/usr/share/zsh/$ZSH_VERSION/functions/Completion/Solaris is where
it'll sit eventually, but you can always put it in your home directory
somewhere) and run
compdef _dladm dladm
autoload _dladm
and you should be set.
