I guess $subject gets the idea across, here's some more detail:
I recently 'pkg image-update'd my lenovo T60p to build 106, and since have
been seeing this behaviour. When the failure happens, I get a message on
the console saying something about nwam(d?) failing, and I get no graphical
login.
"svcs -sv nwam" tells me "restarting too quickly", but I didn't investigate
too much, I just checked ifconfig -a and saw only lo0. "ifconfig
{ath0|e1000g0} plumb" etc work.
when I reboot, all is well.
so far, I get the impression this is a on/off behaviour, but I've not
examined this scientifically.
