OK. It doesn't matter much to me either way, but I've noticed that other
communities have pruned out members that have moved onto other things.
And OGB gave them a courtesy extension (unless some other community
nominated them already) :) Also, there are communities who never
remove people from contributors list (Gnome community) even if they
go inactive. We have no policy either way.
The new constitution is also carrying some community guidelines etc and
in my opinion it would be easier to manage things once that gets in
place.
