Folks:
Going with the trend of 'one-discussion thread per week', we would like
to start another discussion on 'select IP tunables' that would be
'initially' supported by /ipadm/ to begin with.
At the link below we have listed the names of the tunables, it's scope
(Global or per interface) and definition of the tunable.

We wanted to know if we have defined the 'scope' of the tunable correctly?

PS: The reason we will be supporting few tunables to begin with is:
(a) there is an ongoing effort to 'obsolete' certain tunables altogether
from the stack
(b) upcoming projects like, IP Datapath Refactoring, would make certain
tunables meaningless.
(c) we want to provide an initial framework, through this project, and
we could extend the framework to other properties in future, as was the
case with 'dladm'.
