I've been working on BPF and PF_PACKET for OpenSolaris...
It's at a point where it can be tested/used by others who would like to
try it.
The files below are best put on top of build 111.
There's no updated libpcap binary with this (ENOTIME today) and
to get the current libpcap to properly configure for it takes a little
tweaking of libpcap itself - patches are provided for this.
