Yes. Our CLI guidelines advise against multiple operands that require an
order because studies have shown that users often get the order wrong
(e.g., is it "getent foo hosts" or "getent hosts foo"). Since dladm
set-linkprop takes a link name, the property name requires a -p option
letter. This same approach is used in other commands, such as svcprop(1).
