File a bug report, including as much detail as you can manage. Since this is Solaris 10, and not OpenSolaris, your best bet would be to go through your local Sun support representative. If you don't have one (and you should if you're using S10), then you can use bugs.opensolaris.org to file the bug, but make sure you indicate that you're using S10.
