These all sound like good bit-bucket candidates.

Note that (at least for now) there really is no upgrade plan for S10
to anything newer, so the required compatibility story is more than a
bit up in the air.

However, all of the things that you mentioned sound like the sort of
weird old hacks that we have traditionally allowed to fall under a
passing release train every now and again.  Sometimes we even break
whole feature sets (like Mobile IP) just to see if anyone's still
paying attention.  :-]
