Yes, simply don't configure any IPv4 addresses. Note that you should
keep the IPv4 loopback address, as local applications may depend on
being able to use it.
Should we be filing bugs against any applications (or libraries) that
don't work with only IPv6 addresses configured?
This would include NIS/DNS, etc, all being configured for/with IPv6...
