As a general note, I've encountered a number of problems with b116
(the most serious being some horrible problems with the nv_sata
driver), unfortunately, they were somewhat latent, somewhat me not
paying close attention to detail (i.e. I deleted my old BE too soon).
You might just want to skip it for something else.  I'm also having
problems doing a LU to b119, though I haven't dug too deeply into that
yet (short version: krtld doesn't appear to be able to find anything).
