I think the more interesting questions are: How often does one end up
with a one-dblk mblk vs. a multi-dlbk mblk?  Why do we get multi-dlbk
mblks and how would a developer avoid them?  Do heads allocate enough
space for headers to be added below?  Could they?  ...
