Hi. I want to ask if anyone also has problems with enabling IPFilter in OpenSolaris... I tried both OSOL and SXCE (newest version) and all I get is:
bash-3.2# svcs -xv ipfilter svc:/network/ipfilter:default (IP Filter) State: maintenance since Tue Oct 27 00:22:05 2009 Reason: Start method failed repeatedly, last died on Killed (9). See: http://sun.com/msg/SMF-8000-KS See: man -M /usr/share/man -s 5 ipfilter See: /var/svc/log/network-ipfilter:default.log Impact: This service is not running. bash-3.2# /lib/svc/method/ipfilter start Warning: firewall properties are not available Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
