The advertised window size is always rounded up to a multiple
of MSS. It is not related to power of 2.

I mentioned one issue with using window scale, window
adjustment unit. It is better to use as small a scale factor
as possible to get what is needed. If the size is set to
128K (131072), it means that the scale factor has to be 2. If
it is 128000, when rounded up using normal MSS, the scale
factor is still 1. It is close to the max which results in
a factor of 1.
Well, it is not really that important. Just something nice
to do :-)
