As another poster rightly noted, if you're concerned about Solaris 10
rather than OpenSolaris, you should contact your local support folks.
In general, new features are put into the release under development
first, and then back-ported to older releases (such as S10) only if
there's substantial justification to do so. That process requires
direct input from customers such as yourself, and the only way to do
that is to work with Sun's support group.
As for IKEv2 itself, there's hope for OpenSolaris:
