I didn't want to bring up LISP (or any other ID/Locator split proposals)
explicitly, but thank you for doing so, and for making a clear case for the
advantages of Shim6.

I don't think you need it, but since I just got this networking
core-contributor grant, I figure I ought to use it:

        ACK for Shim6.
