Does this mean that one can ipadm remove-cong an algorithm in one non-global zone, and it would still be visible in the others?
That would be possible, but not included in the current proposal.
Are new Dtrace probes planned to support this?
I haven't settled on the exact DTrace design yet: fbt might be sufficient, or static probes might be a better way to go. But we'll definitely have something DTrace-able.
Now if it also got TCP buffer auto-tuning...
