No ... "this" was the probing.  I know you can just de-configure the
nofailover addresses, but is that enough to really turn off all ICMP
probing?  I wasn't sure that it was.

If so, then maybe that's a solution for the previous poster.  If he
doesn't have legitimate probe targets to use, then he shouldn't be using
probing.
