Currently have a zone running on a T2000. Set up with ip-shared. Network info
of the card shown below

dladm show-dev
e1000g0 link: up speed: 1000 Mbps duplex: full
e1000g1 link: down speed: 0 Mbps duplex: half
e1000g2 link: down speed: 0 Mbps duplex: half
e1000g3 link: down speed: 0 Mbps duplex: half

Doing a connectivity test with a SAP based java application using a particular
port to connect to the zone.
The test has been failing until I did some analysis using snoop on the NIC. Let
me explain.

If a start a snoop -d on the physical server (global ) and wait approximately
until 300 pkts have been sniffed and then try the connectivity test it works.
However if I start the connectivity test near the very beginning of the snoop -
say 50 -100 pkts the connectivity test fails.

Is there some sort of wakeup call going on between the NIC on the physical
server and the virtual NIC on the zone.

Any theories would be appreciated.
