was there resolution on this problem? I see this problem (or something very similar) on on 111b, 134b, nexenta ncp3.0, and oi_148. i am unable to escape it.
The system has two onboard intel 82574L ports with a 4 port card of 82571EBs. Nexenta seems to strip the driver version output but the other distributions all advertise driver version 5.3.8.
