In 2/6 boots at work on Friday the wired and wireless worker threads
failed to start. Killing and restarting NM and NMI fixed this. I have
not seen this prior to 1.280. The part of syslog where the worker
threads are started for each interface and the driver is verified is
missing. The NMN icons does not show up.
