A followup; yesterdays update in rawhide provided me with a working setup the first time I ran NM, it prompted me for a wep key which I added, then it prompted me for a password to the keyring-manager, and after that I was online. But when I restarted NM to run it as a service it doesn't work anymore. It looks like it doesn't get to set the key properly.
