The problem with this is that once you select "802.1x" you really want
the WPA-EAP dialog.  Which isn't impossible to do, but its a bit of code
changes for us.

Dan is right: The current dialog is a mess.  But, on the other hand, I
don't see it as untenable.  It just isn't easy to pile all these options
into a single UI.
