Could this be because of the wrapper script PID not > matching the real dhclient PID or something? > > --Pat With Gentoo, you need to use gentopia's overlay version of dhcp - it is at -r5, portage is at -r6, I haven't bumped it in the overlay, because of some weird networking issues that people were having when I did (I still have them myself, I can't connect at all except going oldschool iwconfig, ifconfig, and route commands, as well as editing resolv.conf myself)
When I get this figured out, I will bump DHCP, but for now, it is suggested that you use the version in Gentopia. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2.2 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFEOeX/1c+EtXTHkJcRAtM6AKCEBUjPQPgwG7SDorG3n5fNOVyrtgCdFdT8 Qb5gjb1nB9oLaOftpWjYUeE= =HGiS -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ NetworkManager-list mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/networkmanager-list
