An rpm of the drivers is available from freshrpms.net, the
dkms-ipw3945 package, which is the package I used.  (Just as a note,
if you have the dries repo enabled, disable the dries repo when
installing this package or install the dkms package from Fedora Extras
before installing the drivers.  Otherwise, the dkms-ipw3945 package
does not install correctly.)

As for the IEEE 802.11 stack, I believe the stack is the standard IEEE
802.11 stack with the Fedora kernel.  (Someone correct me if I'm
wrong.)
