For that reason, I really wouldn't recommend CentOS as an operating system for anything with an interesting video card, wireless, or peripherals. That's the nature of these things in non-server equipment; they move fast and leave Linux with the improbable task of keeping up. This is why I stopped running Debian on portables. They build a fine OS, just not one that generally keeps up with hardware salesfolk. They run fine on servers, though -- very little whizbang in those kinds of devices, normally, and I haven't seen an ethernet card in years that wasn't supported. - -- ---- _ _ _ _ ___ _ _ _ |Y#| | | |\/| | \ |\ | | |Ryan Novosielski - Systems Programmer II |$&| |__| | | |__/ | \| _| |[EMAIL PROTECTED] - 973/972.0922 (2-0922) \__/ Univ. of Med. and Dent.|IST/AST - NJMS Medical Science Bldg - C630 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFH1svJmb+gadEcsb4RAjbNAKDLQrWwBXH61ALVC4SOReKxardyjwCcDkpL oXku2/lzJGnav56KQTpDjcU= =A/PI -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
