I think the problem is the lack of a wait/delay in the pm scripts.. I
certainly see this issue periodically on Fedora 10. Sometimes NM
doesn't wake up after a resume; I have to sometimes manually turn
networking back on. It's somewhat random, though, and at this point
the logs wont help me because I don't remember when I manually woke
vs. automatic waking.
