Hi,

I have Ubuntu 10.04 and want to connect vpn (pptp) with networkmanager (0.8)
via nm-applet. I red that it is not possible to manage bridges at the moment.
So I have configured via nm-system-settings.conf like this:
[main]
plugins=keyfile

[ifupdown]
managed=true

[keyfile]
unmanaged-devices=mac:00:1f:d0:94:06:1c;mac:00:1f:d0:94:06:1c

Now the applet appears in gnomes panel and my bridge (br0) works as expected,
but I can't connect via vpn. The message from nm-applet is:
** (nm-applet:2138): WARNING **: nma_menu_vpn_item_clicked: no active
connection or device.

Must I configure via nm-system-settings.conf the vpn connection also? How can I
tell networkmanager to use br0 for outgoing vpn connections?
The unmanaged devices are eth0 and br0.

Hope anybody can help me. Thanks in advance,

Thomas
