Dear Dan:
My modem (option GIO225) can works in fedora 13 and fedora 11. But it
can't work in MeeGo (2.6.33.3-10 kernel version).
I try the all serial ports, but not any response in minicom. In fedora
13 or 11, it's ok.
Can you tell me Why ? thanks.
Regards
Benson

Option modems have between 2 and 5 serial ports though, and not all
ports respond to AT commands. Usually lower numbered ports are AT
capable. Does this modem work on other machines and/or in Windows?
I've got a 225 and it works for me at least on Fedora 13 with a 2.6.33.5
kernel. So we should make sure your hardware works first, then start
narrowing it down to kernel/driver/etc.
