Our wifi driver be wrote by 3rd party.
So, usually this problem how do i debug?

I reply to 3rd party dmesg.
But they don't think that is their problem.

For frist warning, I modify nm-applet to not use GUI & not create
usersetting Dbus.
                         I set new config to NetworkManager directly.
