I've problems establishing an umts connection with a Sony Ericsson F3307.

modem-manager tries to communicate via the serial tty node of the
device, which causes following error.

If i load the usb-wwan module, the modem-manager tries to send a dhcp
request to a network-interface ttyACM0 which doesn't exist. The
usb-wwan module brings up a wwan0 interface.
I have no further logs for the dhcp issue at the moment.
You should get the output of modemmanager run with "--debug" and post here.
