Hi,

I am trying to get GlobeTrotter HSDPA Modem to run with network manager 0.9 and
modem manager 0.5. Both are build from Gentoo ebuild system. Everything works
fine until the ip configuration should happen, which fails.

Here is the debug output:

And this is what dbus-monitor shows me, when the ip config is retrieved:

signal sender=:1.7 -> dest=(null destination) serial=789
path=/org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/Devices/3;
interface=org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.Device.Modem; member=PropertiesChanged
   array [
      dict entry(
         string "State"
         variant             uint32 30
      )
      dict entry(
         string "Ip6Config"
         variant             object path "/"
      )
      dict entry(
         string "Ip4Config"
         variant             object path "/"
      )
   ]

Hso0 network device is available:

ifconfig hso0
hso0      Link encap:UNSPEC  HWaddr
00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00

          collisions:0 txqueuelen:10
          RX bytes:0 (0.0 B)  TX bytes:0 (0.0 B)

Any idea what is wrong here ?

Thanks & Regards

Gerald
