Looks like a driver issue. Sep 25 19:01:50 Scaramush NetworkManager[1450]: <info> (ra0): new 802.11 WiFi device (driver: 'rt3060' ifindex: 3) The driver didn't initialize the device completely, and NM can't get the MAC address. My suggestion is to update the driver or report the to kernel upstream if updating driver doesn't work for you.
