Patch #1 changes the way PIN retry counts are handled. It adds a new property to keep track of the tries remaining for all PIN types (that is, for the PIN types that the modem is capable of reporting on). The UnlockRetries property keeps its current semantics, i.e., its value is only meaningful if the UnlockRequired property is non-empty, or is 999 if the device cannot report retry counts.
Patch #2 adds the EnabledFacilityLocks property, and is only slightly tweaked from my earlier version of this change.
