The latest versions are here: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2011-14990/NetworkManager-0.8.5.93-1.fc14,NetworkManager-vpnc-0.8.5.93-1.fc14,NetworkManager-openvpn-0.8.5.93-1.fc14,NetworkManager-pptp-0.8.5.93-1.fc14?_csrf_token=5bbafd234e01a12fb91fa52bb1c6d98da974b13b But that update hasn't gotten enough karma (in a month) to be promoted to stable updates. It appears that not many people actually test F14 anymore, given that it's about to be EOLed (now that F16 has been out for over a month).
