If possible for you on this device, can you get the output of the AT&V and AT+CLAC commands from minicom or screen or something that can talk to the AT command port? Also, 'lsusb -v' output for this device would be most helpful. It appears to be an Icera-based device that does not support the network port that the current ZTE Icera code expects.
