+COPS=0 returns OK and it still never registers.
+COPS=? gives back just a list of forbidden operators as follows; I
don't see any available operators.
+COPS:
(3,"AT&T","AT&T","310410",2),(3,"AT&T","AT&T","310410",0),(3,"T-Mobile","TMO
","31026",0),(3,"T-Mobile","T-Mobile","310260",2),,(0,1,2,3,4),(0,1,2)
Perhaps you have a multiband device, but the default setting doesn't include
the band used by your particular operator.
Hope it helps,
Andrew
It is multiband, but it's set for all bands:
at!BAND=?
Index, Name
00, All bands
01, Europe 3G
02, North America 3G
03, Europe 2G
04, North America 2G
05, GSM ALL
06, Europe
07, North America
08, WCDMA ALL
09, LTE ALL
OK
at!BAND?
Index, Name
00, All bands
OK
