Hello, I have an HP elitebook 8770w. It come with a 3G modem hs2350. I found in the mailing list some comment of someone having similar issue as mine, long ago: https://mail.gnome.org/archives/networkmanager-list/2012- November/msg00178.html
I am on a uptodate CentOS7.2. And when I suspend/resume, My modem does not work anymore. There is still an issue in this OS.... I have those versions: ModemManager-glib-1.1.0-8.git20130913.el7.x86_64 ModemManager-1.1.0-8.git20130913.el7.x86_64 NetworkManager-1.0.6-30.el7_2.x86_64 Can we try to go futher on this issue? Can someone guide me on what to test / do? In my logs I see this kind of messages... See there are transmissions errors.... The connection is not really working.... Network Manager think its work and icon indicates I am connected and have a good reception level. Rebooting without "power-cycling" also does not works.... I need to shutdown and boot again to make it working again.... Any advise on what to try? Regards, Marc
