Thanks for the info. The strange thing is that if I call ActivateConnection a second time, it works without a pop up.
My scenario is: 1. ActivateConnection adhoc 2. ActivateConnection of an existing wireless setting -> FAILS 3. ActivateConnection as in (2) -> succeeds without popup All the settings have the correct secrets already. Maybe it has something to do with switching from adhoc to infrastructure. I'll see what I can find with gdb.
