- was fslview working before with exactly the same "BRAIN" file? (does it have proper extension?) - "it works for me" -- installed 14.04 in virtualbox and here is the proof of the fact: http://www.onerussian.com/tmp/gkrellShoot_05-04-14_103146.png - what datatype of that BRAIN file? (nib-ls -v BRAIN should let you know quickly if you have python-nibabel package installed) - you might need to share the BRAIN for us to replicate/fix/work-around -- Yaroslav O.
