Hi, I've got FSL 5.0.6 installed on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and I want to run bedpostx with gpu acceleration from FSL but bedpostx_gpu does not exist in my installation of FSL, which is what I should be running according to this link: http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FslInstallation#Running_bedpostX_on_a_GPU_or_GPU_cluster
Can anyone suggest a fix for this? I tried to installed fsl-5.0-gpu from the repo using "sudo apt-get install fsl-5.0-gpu" but it comes back saying the package cannot be found. Cheers, Linden
