Hi Diksha, If you meant you installed fsl-4.1.9, I think fslview is not installed with default settings. You need to do the following;
$ sudo apt-get install fslview In addition, in Ubuntu, you need to type $ fslview not FSLview (It's case-sensitive). Hope this helps, Kiyotaka 2015-01-15 17:21 GMT+09:00 Diksha Rathore <[email protected]>: > Dear users !! > > i have installed FSL 4.9 SOFTWARE for UBUNTU but in this package for me > FSLview has been missing and in terminal , FSLview command showing > .please help me to sort out this problem. > > looking forward for your response > thank you for your time and consideration > > > regards > diksha > > > > _______________________________________________ > Neurodebian-users mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/neurodebian-users -- Kiyotaka Nemoto, M.D., Ph.D. Assistant Professor Department of Psychiatry Division of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine University of Tsukuba 1-1-1Tennodai Tsukuba, Ibaraki 305-8575, Japan E-mail: [email protected] _______________________________________________ Neurodebian-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/neurodebian-users
