Hi everyone,
I recently acquired a Linux box with Ubuntu 14.04, and I wanted to
have the entire
neuroimaging packages installed on it (atleast, all what is there in
Lin4Neuro). I followed the
instructions on the webpage (wget etc, and then apt-get upgrade) but I do
not see the packages
installed on the system. I am sure there a few more steps to be followed.
So, my questions is, if I want to install, say AFNI, what should i
do? It would be nice to
have a batch install for the entire set, though.
