Are there techical issues that keep it from running properly, or is it the licensing issues I see in the github:ND/afni repository?
How old a Debian would we have to pull to get an AFNI that works? (I can check the VM image, if it works there?) If there are issues that I can address and contribute to pushing this forward, let me know. I can scrounge some time for this (but no promises as to quantity). -- bennet On Wed, May 25, 2016 at 11:14 PM, Yaroslav Halchenko <[email protected]> wrote: > > On Wed, 25 May 2016, Bennet Fauber wrote: > >> E: Package 'afni' has no installation candidate >> Am I missing something obvious? > > nope.. unfortunately shortage of time/workforce prevents us from making > all of us on recent releases of debian/ubuntus happy with a new afni > build :-/ sorry about that. > > -- > Yaroslav O.
