ANTs in general is tricky due to tight, if not intimate, relationship with ITK ;) so 2.1.0 failed to build on 16.04 last time we have tried. But then on 16.04 and few other recent debian/ubuntu releases -- I have built successfully 2.1.0+git715-ge56f961-1 version of ANTs but was reluctant to upload since wasn't sure if it provides consistent with 2.1.0 behavior and otherwise it wouldn't build for older releases. I have uploaded that revision (where it built) to NeuroDebian's -devel which is unannounced repository with some "experimental" versions, available from main neuro.debian.net website only: > cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neurodebian.sources.list | sed -e 's,debian > ,debian-devel ,g' deb http://neuro.debian.net/debian-devel data main contrib non-free #deb-src http://neuro.debian.net/debian-devel data main contrib non-free deb http://neuro.debian.net/debian-devel sid main contrib non-free #deb-src http://neuro.debian.net/debian-devel sid main contrib non-free adjust sid to your yakkety... give it a shot and please let us know -- Yaroslav O.
