Hi David,
is e.g. ants.sh in your path? Try "which ants.sh" on the command line
and see if it prints an absolute path to the script. If the ants
applications aren't in your path the output is empty.

Hi, all
I’m using the latest NeuroDebian virtual machine (NeuroDebian 8.0.0,
64-bit) for Mac. I installed ANTs some days ago in order to use a
script from a previous student, but when I try to run the script in
the virtual machine, ANTs does not start. Note that: it does not
/start/; the system cannot find it. I have tried to update it, which
works fine, and I have tried to remove and reinstall ANTs, and I have
even tried to run the script on a different virtual machine; none of
these steps helped. Any ideas what may be wrong?
Thanks,
