I will tag and roll 1.3.18 later today... I'd like to release on
the 20th but with the 19th being a US holiday, that may not give
us enough time. Basically, it'll be either the 20th or the 21st,
depending on the volume of feedback. If it's the 20th and I haven't
heard many +1s on the tarball, I'll give until the 21st.
