I am moving httpd-2_0_11-alpha to the httpd.apache.org/dist directory later today. I asked for feedback on them a long time ago, and things have been quiet, so I assume they are good to release as alpha's. I am also willing to assume that all we need to do is move them over and be done with them. I will update the Announcement, but we aren't actually sending this out for alpha's anymore if I understand the model. I will also update the .htaccess, etc. Speak up soon if you don't think I should move them.
