obsolete TPF crap

I'm not sure if there is some mysterious link-time magic occurring, so I'm a
bit hesitant to simply blow this code away. However... I haven't found any
users for the following symbols:

os.h:
  getpass
  tpf_accept
  TPF_FORK_CHILD
  RESOURCE_KEY
  tzset

os.c:
  tpf_select
  tpf_accept
  getpass
  ap_tpf_spawn_child
  os_note_additional_cleanups
  os_tpf_child


Who is the "TPF guy" who can clean this stuff out? Or at least document why
it should remain.
