I also have a minor report on Windows 95 of kernel32 blowing a GP fault
on system shutdown while the Apache service is running [but -not- on 98].
I'll update status, let's roll when you are ready Martin, and plan on
adding Dean's thorough unescaping hell.
I've tracked down the mod_perl bug ... a registered cleanup appears to
be firing after mod_so has unloaded mod_perl.so. This doesn't bite us
elsewhere - is it possible on unix that the 'unloaded' module is actually
sitting there still, quite happily handling the now-deregistered module?
