Ever since we killed FTP on locus (or whatever was running ftpd), it seems
we have killed our method of receiving binary distributions from non-
committers.
I have a couple for the platform that I use (FreeBSD mainly) and made
them available at the following:

Feel free to grab them and do whatever with them if you feel so inclined.
If we expect more contributions like this, we might want to come up with
a way to contribute these.
